Terms & Conditions

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. We do not hold dates without payment. All bookings are first-come, first-served.

Cancellations made more than 5 days before your session are eligible for a 70% refund. The remaining 30% is non-refundable and covers time reserved and preparation.

Cancellations made within 5 days of your session are non-refundable.

One reschedule may be offered based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

No refunds will be issued after the session takes place unless there is an error or issue on our end.

If severe weather or an emergency affects either party, we will reschedule your session at no extra cost. We’ll work with you to find a new date as soon as possible.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Final edited images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks via an online gallery.

We do not provide unedited or RAW images.

The number of final images varies by package and session type.

Personal use includes printing, posting online (with credit), and sharing with friends or family.

Clients may not alter or add filters to the images. If you need additional edits, please reach out.

We may use images from your session for our website, social media, portfolio, or marketing unless you request in writing (before the session) that your images remain private.

For branding, product, or promotional work, clients must clearly state the intended use of the images prior to the shoot.

Commercial usage rights (website, ads, social, etc.) are granted only with a written agreement and may be subject to additional licensing fees.

We retain copyright to all images unless a full buyout is negotiated.

You may not transfer images to third parties (agencies, sponsors, etc.) without our written permission.

For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before the session.

The parent or guardian may choose whether to be present during the session. If no guardian is present, they must sign a waiver acknowledging they understand and accept responsibility for the minor during the shoot.

We will not use images of minors in our portfolio, website, or social media without explicit written permission from the parent or guardian.

Robin’s Eye Photography retains full copyright of all images.

Clients are not allowed to edit, crop, or apply filters to the final images. We’re happy to assist with additional edits if needed.

In the rare case of equipment failure, lost files, or other unforeseen issues, our liability is limited to rescheduling the session or issuing a full refund.

We are not liable for damages, delays, or missed sessions due to client behavior, lateness, or failure to follow directions.
