Refund Policy

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Your date and time are not secured until payment is received in full.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled session: Clients are eligible for a 70% refund. The remaining 30% is non-refundable to cover time reserved and planning.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the session: No refund will be issued. However, we may offer a one-time reschedule depending on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds After Session

  • Due to the custom nature of photography services, all sales are final once the session has taken place. If a technical issue or mistake on our part impacts the final images, we will work with the client to offer a reshoot, partial refund, or other appropriate resolution.

 

Digital & Print Orders

 

  • All digital image and print sales are final. If a physical print arrives damaged, clients must contact us within five (5) business days of delivery to request a replacement.

 

Weather & Emergencies

 

  • In the case of severe weather or an emergency, we will reschedule your session at no extra cost. We will make every effort to find a new date that works for both parties.

Agreement

 

  • By booking and submitting payment to Robin’s Eye Photography, clients agree to all terms listed in this policy.
